Nowlan & Mouat LLP uses a mentorship program to help new associates develop their skills and careers. The program is designed to train associates to work with clients, analyze their situations, and advise them on a practical course of action consistent with the law. As part of the program, our associates receive a tremendous amount of client contact. As they gain experience, they are given the freedom and flexibility to choose practice areas consistent with both their individual interests and the needs of the firm.
One of the biggest advantages of a career at Nowlan & Mouat LLP is the firm's strong belief that associates should have a balance between their work and personal lives. Although we demand professional excellence from our associates, we do not have a minimum billing requirement. We understand that spending time outside of the office for family, friends, and pursuing additional interests makes for a well-rounded and happy individual.
