David C. Moore

David Moore practices primarily in the areas of commercial and land use law, municipal and school law, debtor-creditor law and litigation related to those areas. His litigation experience includes business, real estate, credit and contract disputes of all kinds. He advises land owners and municipalities on land use issues and municipal ordinance matters. Dave also serves as managing partner of Nowlan & Mouat. A former President of the Rock County Bar Association, Dave currently serves as a Rock County Court Commissioner. He holds degrees from Luther College and the University of Wisconsin Law School.
